Wellness First: Meditation for Clarity

At Thrivhers we always prioritise our wellness so we are constantly building a strong foundation for us to achieve and maximise our potential in all our other areas of our lives.

 

Today we are starting the session with a 10 minute guided meditation with our expert Lisa Barron. Lisa will guide us through a style of meditation called Sahaja Yoga Meditation that awakens a mothering energy that is within all of us. Once this energy is awakened we become “self-realised” and able to enjoy a state of thoughtless awareness.  We exist in the present moment without a cluttered mind. This in turn means that we are able to make clear decisions . We begin to truly know ourselves and fulfil our true potential.  This meditation has been scientifically proven to significantly improve general  wellbeing .

Through Lisa's teachings she's wittnessed many achieve life goals e.g. a better job, the finances to purchase their ideal home or a transfer to their desired location.

About Rachael Bursell:

I am passionate about improving equality and ensuring men and women have the same financial opportunities, confidence about money and realistic plans for their future.

One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is getting to know my clients, meeting industry professionals and having robust conversations with other small business owners and equality advocates.

Ongoing education is an important facet of any career so I relish any opportunity to learn, meet industry experts, attend educational functions and improve my skills. I am currently studying my Masters in Financial Planning and hold a Diploma of Financial Planning.

When I am not at the office meeting with clients I am studying. In addition to those things I am a mum to two brilliant, independent and confident children.

About Lisa Barron:

Lisa Barron is a meditation teacher, writer and retired primary School teacher. She has practised and taught Sahaja Yoga meditation for 28 years. This year she self-published her first book, “the Tatter of Life” a memoir  and credits this achievement to practising meditation.

 

Lisa has led an unusual life . She was destined for a life in a wheel chair but overcame her physical problems through this simple meditation. Her greatest joy is teaching people to meditate and seeing how their lives change.

Through Lisa's teachings she's wittnessed many achieve life goals e.g. a better job, the finances to purchase their ideal home or a transfer to their desired location.
